Sprays of pale pink flowers are on display all summer long for a charming effect. Attractive to butterflies, they can be left on the plant or cut for indoor arrangements. A great choice for adding drama to mixed containers and mixed borders. Its vigorous trailing habit makes it useful as a ground cover. Evergreen in mild climates.
- Grows up to 9-12 in. tall (22-30 cm) with a spread of 32 in. (80 cm).
- Performs best in fertile, moist, but well-drained soil in partial shade or shade. Mulch annually.
- A spectacular addition to beds and borders, woodland gardens, and is ideal as a groundcover, as an edger along paths, or in containers. Fabulous when planted in groups!
- Remove stems of faded flowers and dead leaves.
- Keep an eye out for vine weevils and rust diseases.
- Propagate by division in autumn.
- Divide every few years.
