Interest is added as these change colors through the seasons. Sprays of small white flowers are on display all summer long for a charming effect. Attractive to butterflies, they can be left on the plant or cut for indoor arrangements. A great choice for adding drama to containers and the front of mixed borders. Its vigorous trailing habit makes it useful as a ground cover. Evergreen in mild climates.

  • Grows up to 10-15 in. tall (25-37 cm) with a spread of 36 in. (90 cm).
  • Performs best in fertile, moist, but well-drained soil in sun, partial shade, or shade. Mulch annually.
  • A spectacular addition to beds and borderswoodland gardens, and is ideal as a groundcover, as an edger along paths, or in containers. Fabulous when planted in groups!
  • Remove stems of faded flowers and dead leaves.
  • Keep an eye out for vine weevils and rust diseases.
  • Propagate by division in autumn.
  • Divide every few years.
