  • Grows up to 2-4 in. tall (5-10 cm) and 12-14 in. wide (30-40 cm). Plants spread by rhizomes and self-seeding in optimum growing conditions to form large colonies. Stems may root where leaf nodes touch the ground.
  • Performs best in full sun or part shade, in humus-rich, moist, well-drained soils. This plant requires partial shade in hot summer areas.
  • Creeping Jenny is generally pest and disease free.
  • Propagate by seed or propagate by division.
  • Native to Europe, Lysimachia nummularia species can be invasive. However, the golden cultivars are much less aggressive and suitable for lovely use in ornamental plantings.
