Lewisia cotyledon Elise Mixed (Siskiyou Lewisia)

Award-winning Lewisia cotyledon ‘Elise’ (Siskiyou Lewisia) is an evergreen perennial forming a pretty rosette of fleshy, spoon-shaped dark green leaves. In late spring and summer, occasionally later, it is topped with lovely, open sprays of brightly colored, funnel-shaped flowers. Unlike any current Lewisia cotyledon cultivars, ‘Elise’ blooms in the first season without a cold period and is exceptionally heat tolerant.

Opening in succession, the flowers range from pastel pink, rose, salmon, orange, white and yellow, and bicolor patterns. Unlike any current Lewisia cotyledon cultivars, 'Elise' blooms in the first season without a cold period and is exceptionally heat tolerant. Very easy to grow, 'Elise' is suitable for the rock garden, or in the crevices of a retaining wall. Wonderful in containers too!
