Solidago Goldenmosa (Goldenrod)

Compact, Solidago 'Goldenmosa' (Goldenrod) is a lovely perennial that bears abundant, fluffy conical panicles, 12 in. long (30 cm), of brilliant golden-yellow flowers. Forming a bushy upright mound of narrow mid-green leaves, this Goldenrod blooms over a long period and provides a bold splash of color in the late season garden. Easy to grow, low care and fairly trouble-free, it brings cheerful color to the sunny border or containers and is a great source of nectar for butterflies!

  • Forms an upright, tight clump, up to 32 in. tall (80 cm) and 24 in. wide (60 cm). Stems are sturdy and do not need staking. This Goldenrod is a well-behaved garden plant and can be mixed with other perennials without fear of it becoming invasive
  • Thrives in full sun or light shade, in average, dry to medium, well-drained soils. It is not fussy about soils and tolerates clay soils, dry soils or poor soils. Drought tolerant,
