Bluebells make an attractive ornamental addition to woodland gardens or sites in semi-shade.

  • Plant in average, moist, well-drained soils in partial shade. Tolerates full shade.
  • This charming naturalizer provides color and contrast to the woodland garden and naturalized areas. Spectacular when planted in large drifts. Perfect as a groundcover or underplanting shrubs and roses. Great as cut flowers too!
  • Propagate by seed, sown in pots in a cold frame when ripe, keep shaded, and do not allow to dry out. Alternatively, remove offsets in the summer.
