Grevillea Robyn Gordon

One of the most popular of all Australian Grevillea cultivars, Grevillea ‘Robyn Gordon’ is a bushy evergreen shrub grown for its long-lasting flowers and attractive foliage of deeply divided, light green leaves. Large, cylindrical clusters of pinkish-red flowers, up to 6 in. long (15 cm), are produced freely over most of the year.

Large, cylindrical clusters of pinkish-red flowers, up to 6 in. long (15 cm), are produced freely over most of the year. They supply birds and hummingbirds with a copious supply of nectar. The flowers make excellent cut flowers. Reliable in a wide range of climates and soils, it is unusually frost hardy to 25°F (-3°C). 'Robyn Gordon' is a hybrid Grevillea resulting from a cross between Grevillea bipinnatifida and Grevillea banksii.

  • Easily grown in acidic, well-drained soils in full sun or part shade. Drought tolerant once established. Use little to no Phosphorus fertilizer.
