Lonicera – Honeysuckles

Grown for their delightful fragrance, colorful flowers, handsome foliage or their sweet fruits, Lonicera (honeysuckle) are popular garden plants. There are climbing honeysuckles, which are terrific draped over pergolas and other supports, and evergreen shrubs, which make great hedging plants. Some produce teardrop-shaped blue berries that can be eaten raw or used in jams and jellies.
