Award-winning Tulip 'Yellow Purissima' is a classy and elegant tulip, with broad yellow elongated petals and bright canary yellow edges. Withstanding wind and rain thanks to its strong stem, it is an acclaimed member of the Fosteriana Group and a sport of the famous Tulip 'Purissima'. Blooming in early to mid-spring, it can be found on full display for up to 3 weeks!

  • This tulip grows up to 14-16 inches tall (35-40 cm), and will naturalize easily and come back year after year to our delight! It creates dazzling harmonies with other early flowering bulbs.
  • Performs best in full sun in rich, fertile, medium moisture, well-drained soils. Prefers areas with cool winters and warm dry summers.
  • Easy to grow, this tulip is a welcomed addition to beds, borders, containers, rock gardens, or for naturalizing in grass. For best visual impact, plant in groups (at least 10 to 15 bulbs) or mixed with any other flowering bulbs. Excellent as cut flowers!
