The blossoms close at night or on a cloudy day but are completely opened on sunny days, forming a perfect star. A beautiful sight! Wet, windy weather during its flowering period in mid-spring will have little effect on ‘Cynthia’! A member of the Botanical Tulips, this tulip is quite versatile in the garden.
