Sanguisorba hakusanensis (Korean Burnet) is a charming herbaceous perennial forming a deciduous rosette of blue-green, deeply cut, wavy-edged leaves. From midsummer to early fall, the basal rosette is topped with 3 ft. tall (90 cm) flower wands adorned with long, fluffy, pendulous pinkish-purple squirrel tails.
