Rosa Rouge Royale™ (Hybrid Tea Rose)
Rosa Rouge Royale™ is a strongly scented Hybrid Tea rose boasting large, very full, bright raspberry red flowers packed with 75 to 100 petals. Opening from burgundy-red buds, the perfectly quartered, old-fashioned blossoms hold up well in rain and heat and exude a sweet fragrance of citrus and fresh, ripe berries. Blooming in flushes from spring to early fall, they stand out against the lush foliage of semi-glossy dark green leaves.

- Grows up to 4-5 ft. tall (120-150 cm) and 2-3 ft. wide (60-90 cm).
- An excellent choice for beds and borders, containers or as a flowering hedge. Stunning when mass-planted. Excellent cut flowers.
- Best grown in full sun, in rich, fertile with adequate moisture, well-drained soils.
- Propagate by hardwood cuttings in autumn or by chip budding in summer.
- Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that
