Rosa Crimson Glory (Climbing Rose)

Rich with a strong damask scent, Rosa ‘Crimson Glory’ is a climbing hybrid tea rose with very large, double, deep crimson flowers, up to 6 in. across (15 cm), having as many as 26-40 petals. Blooming in flushes from early summer and throughout the season, the sumptuous blooms stand out against the dark green foliage and make an impressive display.

  • Grows up to 10-12 ft. tall (300-360 cm) and spreads up to 5-7 ft. (150-210 cm).
  • Ideal as a free-blooming short climber for walls, arbors, fences, or other garden structures. Plant it where you will be able to enjoy its perfume daily: near a doorway, along a path, near your patio or deck. Excellent cut flowers.
  • Best grown in full sun, in rich, fertilemoist, well-drained soils.
  • Introduced in the United States by Jackson & Perkins Co. in 1946
