Potentilla atrosanguinea var. argyrophylla 'Scarlet Starlit' (Himalayan Cinquefoil) is a compact, clump-forming perennial boasting showy clusters of saucer-shaped, scarlet flowers from early to late summer. The blossoms are borne on erect, wiry, branching stems. They contrast nicely against the foliage mound of three-lobed leaves covered in silky hairs. Noted for its long blooming season, this Cinquefoil is one of the easiest plants to care for. It is perfect for adding color to a sunny border.
