Portulaca – Purslanes

Portulaca (Purslane) is a genus of over 100 species of slightly succulent annuals with fleshy leaves and colorful cup-shaped flowers. Found in the tropics and warm temperate regions, these trailing groundcovers are drought and heat tolerant. As an added bonus, they are also carefree-free plants.
