Plumbago

Plumbago is a genus of 10–20 annuals, perennials or scrambling evergreen shrubs boasting clusters of salver-shaped blue, white or red flowers over a long season. Native to warm temperate and tropical regions worldwide, they brighten the landscape with their abundant blossoms and lush foliage. Versatile, they can be used in foundation plantings, as groundcovers or trained on a trellis or similar structure. They look gorgeous spilling over the edges of containers or cascading down retaining walls. Easy to grow, they require full sun and a well-drained soil.
