Aloe Hercules (Tree Aloe)
A popular and unique looking succulent, Aloe ‘Hercules’ is a large, fast-growing, evergreen tree-like aloe adorned with a straight trunk crowned with thick branches topped with explosions of fleshy, broad, triangular, blue-green leaves. Beautiful, large, conical, bright orange flower spikes with green tips are borne in profusion above the foliage on mature plants.

'Hercules' is the result of a cross between the large Tree Aloe, Aloe barberae and the smaller Quiver Tree, Aloe dichotoma. A beautiful silhouette for the Mediterranean landscape and xeriscape garden.
- Adds interest to the garden and grows up to 25-40 ft. tall (7-12 m) and 15-20 ft. wide (4-6 m).
- Easily grown in dry, well-drained soils in full sun. Occasional to infrequent summer irrigation needed.
- Provides a striking focal point in beds and borders, xeriscape gardens, Mediterranean gardens. Can be grown in a container, however, in a few years, this vigorous plant must be transplanted into the ground.
- Easy to propagate by cuttings
