In winter and cool weather, the pink becomes more pronounced. They provide a luminous and dense variegated foliage year-round. Clusters of fragrant, tiny, dark purple flowers appear in late spring and early summer. While the flowers are inconspicuous, their sweet honey scent fills the air with their perfume. Useful for a color accent in mixed plantings, screens, groupings, and even hedges.
