Phlox drummondii ‘Sugar Stars’ (Annual Phlox) is an erect annual boasting a profusion of showy striped flowers in shades of blue and white. - No serious pest or disease issues. Keep an eye out for powdery mildew, stem and bulb eelworm. Deer resistant.
- Flowers should be deadheaded regularly (to the extent practicable) to promote blooming and growth.
- Cut back after flowering. Allow some spent blooms to remain if self-sowing is desired.
- Propagate by seed.
