Pelargonium Ardens
A gorgeous Pelargonium species, award-winning Pelargonium ‘Ardens’ is a tuberous perennial with arching sprays of stunning small brilliant scarlet flowers adorned with dark brown blotches and veins on all petals. Blooming from spring to fall, the eye-catching blossoms are borne on tall stems, and held well above the foliage mound of silvery-green, pinnately-lobed leaves.

- Performs best in full sun in moderately fertile, neutral, well-drained soils. Reduce watering in later summer as plants become dormant.

- Deadhead and remove yellowing leaves. Propagate by softwood cuttings in spring.
