Blooming in late spring to mid-summer, the fiery blossoms, up to 3-5 per stem, rise slightly above a dense glaucous mound of narrow, gray-green leaves. Some sporadic rebloom in the summer may occur, specifically if the plant is deadheaded regularly. Easy to grow, and perfect for adding a splash of color in the garden, this Garden Pink makes an excellent ground cover and a cheerful edging at the front of sunny borders. Great for the rock garden too! Heat tolerant and evergreen in mild climates.
