Campanula / Bellflowers
Blooming in shades of blue, purple, pink or white, Campanula (Bellflowers) are perfect for beds and borders, particularly in areas with cool summers. Whether annuals, herbaceous or evergreen perennials, they proudly display their bell or star-shaped flowers in late spring or summer and help create lovely combinations.
There are about three hundred different species of Campanula, ranging in size from low growing varieties such as Campanula carpatica (Capathian Bellflower), Campanula portenschlagiana (Dalmatian Bellflower) or Campanula porscharskyana (Serbian Bellflower), to six foot upright plants like Campanula latifolia (Giant Bellflower). There is certainly one for your garden!
