In early summer, pristine white, upturned, bell-shaped flowers are borne on short stalks just above the foliage. They are produced in such quantities that they nearly cover the entire plant.

This plant will continue blooming for weeks, until early fall, if spent blossoms are regularly deadheaded. This charming Carpathian Bellflower is perfect for rock gardens, at the front of perennial borders, or massed as a groundcover.

  • Grows up to 6-12 in. tall (15-30 cm) and 8-12 in. across (20-30 cm). Although this plant self-sows in favorable conditions, it is not invasive and remains well-behaved in the garden.
