Achillea Summerwine (Yarrow)

Achillea 'Summerwine' (Yarrow) is a compact perennial boasting a profusion of white-eyed, wine-red flowers in loose, flattened clusters from early to late summer. Borne on tall stems, the blossoms fade to buff pink as the season progresses. They contrast nicely with the foliage of divided, dark green leaves. Attractive to bees and butterflies, easy to care for, drought and heat tolerant, deer and rabbit resistant, this dwarf yarrow is perfect for sunny borders, outstanding in containers, and excellent for cutting.
